Job Description

Lead the design/configuration and implementation of FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud). As a lead, you will drive innovative practices into delivery and bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, analyzing, designing, and/or implementing technology best practice business changes. As a SME, you are expected to have deep knowledge and experience in Financial Consolidation & Close/EPM applications. Influencing and advisory skills are essential as you will be responsible for team decisions and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Must have: • 6+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance & Procurement working experience on closing processes with 1-2 full cycle implementation experience. • Strong knowledge of federal and commercial ERP / Financial business processes. • Working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules to implement FCCS • Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle ERP Cloud modules as designated by project. • Experience with EPM, Financial Consolidation & Close modules • Experience with Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud • Experience with Financial Close processes (subledger close) Security Clearance: • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance What We Believe We have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
