Qualifications Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Completion of an accredited internship and residency in family medicine. Current license to practice medicine in New York State. Board certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board (or board-eligible if graduating in 2025).
