Remote Operations Manager/Bookkeeper & Administrative Support

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial transactions and provide essential administrative support. This part-time, fully remote position allows for flexible work hours (approximately 5-15 hours per week) and offers a unique opportunity for career growth within our organization. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily bookkeeping duties, including recording transactions, maintaining financial ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. • Accurately prepare and execute payroll processes. • Supervise vendor payments and uphold precise financial documentation. • Assist with financial reporting and data entry tasks. • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, email communications, and document preparation. • Carry out operational and administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency. Required Skills • Established experience in bookkeeping, particularly in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong organizational aptitude with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. • Exceptional communication skills alongside a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Basic understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards. • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to the specific requirements of the role. Qualifications • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field. • Focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll management. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication skills.
