Commercial Loan Closing Specialist
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist with our client in the financial Industry located in New York, NY. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing Review and analyze basic or tactical Commercial Loan Closing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Provide information to client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and propose solutions for process improvements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with client personnel and stakeholders in a professional environment Pay Range: $33-35 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
