Process and review accounts payable documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain and update vendor records, including contact information and payment terms. Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices. Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for accurate and timely processing of payments. Monitor and maintain accounts payable aging to ensure timely payment of invoices. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to streamline the accounts payable process. Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and policies. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions. Assist in other accounting tasks and projects as needed. Adhere to strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial information.
