Senior Investment Analyst (Remote)
About the position The Senior Investment Management Specialist is responsible for providing proposals, research, and analytical support on various investment strategies and products. This role supports the company's investment risk, portfolio, and accounting functions, as well as banking and cash management. The incumbent ensures proactive cash flow management, regulatory reporting, and continuous data collection and interpretation related to financial performance. Responsibilities Support the entire Investment Portfolio oversight including asset allocation, credit quality, investment selection, and compliance. , Monitor performance and investment manager selection for externally managed Corporate and Retirement assets. , Maintain investment reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance of all investment portfolios. , Support planning and forecasting of the organization's Investment Income and Capital Gains using portfolio growth and yield modeling. , Assist in treasury management functions for investment accounting, banking, cash applications, and investment reconciliation. , Provide support for quarterly and annual submissions to regulatory agencies, including related audits. , Create Board/Committee packages for various Boards and Committees including the Retirement Committee and Finance Committee. , Support routine and ad hoc reporting for senior management, internal/external auditors, and regulators. , Conduct credit research including analyzing companies and maintaining credit files. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. , 5 years of related experience with a solid understanding of investment management functions. , Knowledge of financial reporting under GAAP. , Strong understanding of systems, analytical tools, financial modeling, and data management. , Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data.
