US-Based Accountant (Project basis) Location: Remote (US-Based) Type: Project-Based Are you a detail-oriented and experienced accountant looking for flexible project-based work? We're seeking a skilled US-based accountant to assist with financial management, compliance, and reporting tasks on a per-project basis. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP. • Handle bookkeeping and reconcile accounts as needed. • Assist with tax preparation and filing for individuals and businesses. • Provide financial analysis and budgeting support for specific projects. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • CPA certification is highly preferred. • Proven experience with US accounting standards and tax regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
