Auto Damage Trainee

Your role will involve collaborating with other adjusters and supervisors to coordinate with body shops, rental partners, and parts providers, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. Responsibilities • Inspect and assess vehicle damage caused by all types of accidents. , • Estimate vehicle repair costs and negotiate equitable settlements. , • Partner with other adjusters and supervisors to work with body shops, rental partners, and parts providers. , • Continuously grow skills and knowledge in the auto damage adjusting field. Requirements • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least the past 3 consecutive years. , • Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits. , • Willingness to be flexible with primary work location, including remote or in-office work. , • Solid computer skills and mechanical aptitude. , • Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills. , • Strong verbal and written communication skills. , • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
