Important Note: We are specifically seeking candidates who do NOT already possess a Personal Lines Insurance license. Our training program is designed for individuals without insurance sales experience who want to start a career in this field. Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions, LLC offers property and casualty insurance to mortgage holders. Thanks to our relationship with Lakeview Loan Servicing, we have access to over 1.8 million loans across 48 states, allowing us to add value to the services our clients already receive. Both companies are backed by Bayview Asset Management. This entry-level role is perfect for those looking to enter the insurance industry. You'll focus on increasing policy sales with our major partners by establishing connections with prospective customers and generating qualified leads for our experienced agents. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, address objections, and transfer qualified leads to licensed sales agents. • Meet and exceed defined sales targets for calls, transfers, and quality. • Manage client interactions and follow-ups within designated software systems. Qualifications • Successfully complete a four-week virtual training course. • Obtain a Personal Lines Insurance license within 60 days of hire (Note: This position is for those without a license). • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone. • Strong communication, sales, and prospecting skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products. • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Must be detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on customer service. • High School diploma required. • 1-3 years of sales experience. • Call center experience is a plus but not required.
