This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Panama, Pennsylvania (USA) Description The Specialist, Loss Mitigation Document is responsible for processing servicing loan documents, in digital format, and load them into the document management system to optimize business processes, meet regulatory requirements and customer care needs. This is all back office work, no borrower facing contact. Great attention to detail and experience working in mortgage loan servicing. Responsible for digitally combining packages and checking image for quality and accuracy. Responsible for identifying correct borrower loan number and cross-reference by name, address, phone number, social security number or email address in LoanServ and Valeri. Load document images to electronic document repository database - EDMS and accurately categorize/index. Aid in the disposition of documents process. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Top Skills Details Mortgage Mortgage loan servicing FHA Loans Conventional loans Loan documentation Loss Mitigation Must be able to work M-F 8am-5pm EST ( you can sit anywhere in the US but need to work EST schedule) Additional Skills & Qualifications Mortgage loss mitigation experience- 2+ years and needs to be recent Experience with document scanning and indexing.
