Co-founder Investment Banking

Are you passionate about technology IB and Mergers and Acquisitions? We are looking for a co-founder who is interested in building and scaling a fintech start-up. We are looking for a co-founder with IB experience to join our team. Our goal is to disrupt the financial industry by leveraging technology to provide innovative financial solutions to consumers. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced co-founder with a background in investment banking, preferably in M&A. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. The co-founder will work alongside the CEO and other team members to develop and execute the company's business plan and growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to product development, including ideation, prototyping, and user testing; Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends; Develop and implement the company's business plan and growth strategy; Identify and negotiate potential partnerships and collaborations; Oversee financial planning and budgeting; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; Be an integral part of a fast-growing startup and help shape the company's future. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, STEM or a related field M&A Investment banking experience; Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation; PhD preferable, but not required. Salary and Benefits: While this position is currently unpaid, the co-founder will receive equity compensation ranging from 15% to 20%, depending on the experience and qualifications. As we secure funding from investors, a salary will be provided. The position is currently remote-based but will transition to a hybrid model in the near future.
