Outbound Call Centre Sales Agent - USA Hours (Remote)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of skilled and passionate Outbound Call Centre Sales Agent to join our team in South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with warm leads. Your primary objective is to engage potential clients and secure sign-ups. Work Hours: This role requires you to work US based hours (EST) (15h00 - 24h00 SAST).

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: • Follow-Up on Leads: Reach out to warm leads who have shown interest in dental services for nursing homes. • Service Promotion: Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of dental service packages tailored for nursing home residents. • Close Sales: Use your sales skills to encourage potential patients to sign up for our services. • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential patients in the CRM system, ensuring all follow-ups and tasks are documented. • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering any queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sign-up process. Skills: • Previous experience in an outbound sales or call centre environment is preferred. Experience in healthcare or dental services is a plus. • Exceptional communication skills • Strong sales skills • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
