Customer Service Representative/Order Entry

About the position We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. The position requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, along with a proactive approach to service delivery. Responsibilities • Order entry , • Order shipment , • Invoicing , • First touch - Customer/ sales rep communications (phone, email) , • Product support (basic troubleshooting) , • Freight quotes , • Outbound PO communications , • Inbound/ outbound logistics (carriers) , • Field customer inquiries , • Coordinate shipping/ stock transfers , • Sample fulfillment , • Customer sales inquiries , • Stock level check , • Communication of shipment status change/ issues to sales for resolution (standard products) , • Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations Requirements • Experience with Microsoft Office software , • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail , • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English , • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers , • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet , • Great time management skills, completing tasks in a timely manner , • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills Nice-to-haves Benefits • 401(k) , • Dental insurance , • Health insurance , • Paid time off , • Vision insurance Apply Job!
