Key Responsibilities • Content Creation: Generate, curate, and share engaging content (text, images, videos) across a variety of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Engagement: Proactively interact with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly to cultivate a dedicated online community. • Brand Representation: Serve as the voice of the organization on social media, ensuring all communications reflect the brand’s identity, tone, and core values. • Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media marketing initiatives to boost traffic and conversions. • Analytics & Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and clicks to refine strategies and enhance results. • Social Listening: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and practices to continually elevate content quality and engagement strategies. • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure uniformity in messaging and alignment with overall organizational objectives.
