Afternoon Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our team. don't worry, NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. We will train! Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm. Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. In this role, you'll: Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude. Provide accurate information about our services and pricing. Handle customers' questions and complaints with patience and professionalism. Process orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Other duties as required. You're a perfect fit if you: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Follow instructions accurately and efficiently. Are detail-oriented and organized. Work well in a fast-paced environment. Work well in a team as well as individually. Are dependable and punctual. Are at least 5 feet 2 inches tall. What we offer: Start pay: $15.00 / hour. Raises are available based on performance and ability. Seven paid holidays each year. One-week paid vacation each year.
