This role will also maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:• Communicate with delinquent borrowers via different digital communication channels• Find solutions to help bring borrower’s loans to a current status• Process payments for borrowers with past due payments• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goalsRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections; knowledgeable in sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools• Excellent written communication skills• Prior experience with financial products preferred• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications• Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented• Team Player• Professional demeanor• Bilingual in Spanish and English requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Life insurance• Opportunities for advancement• Paid sick time• Paid time off• Paid training• Vision insurance• Work from homeApplication Question(s):• The expected working hours for this position are 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
