About the position American Home Design is seeking full-time and part-time Remote Call Center Agents to schedule appointments for our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our products, with the goal of scheduling free consultations. This position offers a great opportunity for experienced sales professionals to work remotely in a supportive and fun team environment. Responsibilities • Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments. , • Utilize provided scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners to seek more information. , • Overcome objections using provided rebuttals. , • Maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection. , • Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals. , • Document conversations in the CRM system. Requirements • Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home. , • Must have your own computer with reliable high-speed internet and a headset. , • 2+ years of sales experience required. , • 1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment required. , • Proficient in navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues. Nice-to-haves • Previous home improvement experience is a plus! , • Professional and personable attitude. , • Energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing personality. , • Active listening skills. , • Strong written and conversational communication skills. , • Persuasive and influential abilities. , • Problem-solving skills using critical thinking and logic. , • Self-motivated and driven. , • Resilient to rejection and able to overcome obstacles with a smile. , • Adaptable and willing to learn.
