Required Skills And Competencies • At least one year of customer service experience with demonstrated sales acumen and service skills. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Capacity to manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism. • Strong verbal communication abilities and a clear speaking style. • Effective listening skills, with the capability to communicate complex information simply and clearly. • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Windows-based software and systems. • Accurate typing skills (35 w.p.m. desired). • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Ability to thrive in a remote environment while maintaining focus and productivity.
