Responsibilities • Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 contact center operation. , • Provide information regarding Client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening. , • Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs. , • Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs to enhance member interaction.
