MDS Communications has been in business for 32 years and works for well known and admired organizations, including Feeding America, The American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Operation Smile, and Special Olympics Responsibilities of Remote Outbound Call Center Agents • Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner that strengthens the connection between nonprofit and donor. • Communicate with donors across the United States sharing important updates from our clients on the work they are doing • Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients. • Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics. Requirements of the Remote Outbound Call Center Agents • 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing - preference given to telephone fundraising experience. • Dedicated wired internet connection • A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions • Basic computer skills and familiarity • A commitment and enthusiasm to the charitable and non-profit causes we represent Benefits: • Weekly paycheck • $15-$16 per hour for 40 hours shifts (depending on schedule) • 2023, MDS paid our agents $670,000 just in performance bonuses.
