Claims Assistant- Remote

K2 Claims Services is seeking a full-time Claims Assistant to join the Operations Team. This position will be based at K2 Claims Services' Harrisburg office. K2 Claims Services is a third-party administrator who handles claims nationwide for various insurance carriers. K2 Claims Services is a subsidiary of K2 Insurance Services and is expanding its product offerings and distribution by developing new insurance programs and increasing the number and geographic diversity of its marketing, sales, and support staff. K2 Claims Services offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing company. Ability to handle high volume calls while maintaining professional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including word. Excellent written and oral communication skills. The Claims Assistant's activities include: • Issue Payments for claims team • Entering claims for all lines of business • Answering phone calls and emails. • Opening and distributing mail. • Data entry in multiple systems. Ideally, the Claims Assistant will have: • High School Diploma • 2-5 years' office work experience, with insurance and/or customer service experience a plus. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work overtime occasionally. • Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
