Proficient in identifying trends, business opportunities, and providing actionable insights. • Workflow Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in process mapping, workflow diagramming, and cross-functional collaboration to define and document data requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and transparency. • Advanced Reporting & Visualization: Expertise in designing ad hoc and routine reports, utilizing statistical methods, and tools such as SAS, Access, and Excel for data mining, report automation, and visualization.
