Entry-Level Insurance Sales Specialist

If you’re seeking a flexible full-time position that offers a world of advancement potential, send us your resume today!Compensation: $75,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: • Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Spend time listening to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting insurance plan options for their specific circumstances Qualifications: • Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Must already have insurance license About Company Pinnacle Life Group is truly the best in the industry, we are dedicated to continuously helping one another succeed and we love winning together.
