Respond to tickets in a timely manner to ensure effective IT Support. Assist with setting up workstations and maintaining IT inventory. Collaborate with the IT Support team to identify and resolve recurring issues. Qualifications: Basic understanding of Information Technology principles and concepts. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in Technical Support or as an IT Technician is a plus but not required.
