Job Summary We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Responsibilities - Handle cash transactions accurately - Provide exceptional customer service at all times - Assist with sales and upselling of products - Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently - Support kitchen staff with food preparation and service - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area Restock anything and everything at daily basis.
