Role Description: Google AdWords & LinkedIn Social Media Marketing Intern XNET is seeking a Google AdWords & LinkedIn Social Media Marketing Intern to help grow our brand’s presence and drive engagement across key digital platforms. This internship will give you the opportunity to support our marketing team by working on campaigns focused on both Google Ads and LinkedIn, specifically targeting venue owners, mobile network operators, and other key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital advertising, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing, and will help drive traffic, leads, and community engagement through these platforms. This contract-based role offers remote flexibility and is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment. Experience with Instagram marketing and campaigns a PLUS. Key Responsibilities: • Google AdWords Campaigns: • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing). • Conduct keyword research to target the right audience for our products and services. • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. • Experience utilizing SEMrush. • LinkedIn Social Media Marketing: • Support the development and execution of LinkedIn advertising campaigns (sponsored content, lead generation, text ads). • Engage with LinkedIn followers and prospects, responding to comments and messages to build relationships. • Help create and manage engaging content (posts, graphics, and videos) for LinkedIn to increase brand visibility. • Campaign Analytics & Reporting: • Monitor performance across Google Ads and LinkedIn, using platform analytics and Google Analytics to assess campaign success. • Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. • Cross-functional Collaboration: • Work closely with internal teams to align digital ad strategies with broader marketing initiatives. • Support product launches, announcements, and events via Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing. Qualifications: • Education: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Experience: • Some experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing is a plus, but not required. • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising. • Experience with Instagram marketing and campaigns a PLUS. • Skills: • Strong interest in Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing strategies. • Ability to create engaging content tailored to target audiences. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for campaign optimization. • Proficiency in Google Analytics and LinkedIn campaign tools. • Strong written communication and attention to detail. • Attributes: • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
