Remote English Elementary Teacher - Part Time

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to teach our remote English Classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating young minds in various subjects, including writing, reading, and some public speaking. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those who are English language learners and students with special needs. Responsibilities • Teach ClassOver's lessons in a developmentally appropriate manner. • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment. • Provide individualized support and tutoring to students who may need additional assistance. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies. • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. • Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred. • Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention strategies is a plus. • Understanding of childhood development principles and their application in the classroom. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. After the first three months, teachers will be evaluated to see if they are eligible to go on to tier 2 teaching which qualifies them for multiple types of bonuses.
