Front Office Staff (FOS)
Front Office Staff Full-Time Position 8:30am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday Audiology clinic known for excellent patient care offers base hourly rate of $14.42 ($30K yearly) plus PTO, 8 paid holidays, commission on total sales. We are looking for just the right team player, an outgoing individual who enjoys older adults, can take in-depth phone calls and direct conversations. Being detail-oriented and organized is vital. Having proficient computer experience in Word and Excel, and able to learn our clinic database and insurance portal is expected. Multitasking patient issues and telephone calls occurs throughout the day. Position Requires Candidate To: Greet patients, answer phone, make appointments, collect patient information Confirm insurance benefits and use online patient database/insurance portals Convert inbound inquiry phone calls to scheduled appointments Respond to text messages and website chat through clinic systems Track calls on Excel spreadsheets and track Accounts Receivable Evaluate hearing aid issues and clean hearing aids (training provided) Value and love our patients above all!
