Data Analyst (Remote)

Overview: We are looking for a passionate data-driven individual that wants to use their skills along with the latest analytics tools and processes to deliver solutions to optimize business outcomes. They should be committed to transforming data into a readable, goal-driven report for continued innovation, growth, and improved business outcomes. This person must have a passion for learning, growing, and collaborating with a team. Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining databases and data systems Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of complex data Using business intelligence tools to present data to key stakeholders Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for guiding business outcomes Preparing reports stating patterns, trends, and predictions using relevant data Ensure projects are completed on time and within estimated costs Develop and maintain documentation and standards Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in data process and database management Bachelors degree in Business Administrations, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Power BI Excellent Organizations skills and attention to detail Understanding of database design and construction Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server A passion for growth and collaboration along with learning new technologies Introba is an equal opportunity employer, and we prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type as protected by federal, state, or local laws.
