This role offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Liaise with patients and healthcare providers to facilitate necessary medication adjustments. Handle incoming calls from healthcare professionals concerning medication inquiries and follow-ups. Ensure precise and efficient documentation of all communication and procedural processes. Required Skills Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications A valid Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri is mandatory. At least 1 year of experience in a Pharmacy Technician role is required. A high school diploma or GED is essential. It is preferred to have a National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB). Experience in Managed Care settings and familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid plans is advantageous. An associate degree or higher is considered a plus.
