Key Responsibilities • Engage with new customers, guiding them through the sign-up process for both recurring and one-time appointments. • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and web with professionalism and courtesy, fostering trust and rapport. • Accurately maintain customer account information and manage sales transactions with meticulous attention to detail. • Act as a primary contact between customers and franchisees throughout the sales journey. • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a strong close rate. Required Skills • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably with phone interaction. • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written. • Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in managing objections and adept problem-solving skills in a professional context. • Competence in computer operations, including a typing speed of 40+ words per minute. Qualifications • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
