Sales Associate - Internet Fulfillment

Lowe's is hiring for Sales Associate - Internet Fulfillment What You Will Do: As a Sales Associate in Internet Fulfillment at Lowe's, you will be responsible for processing online orders, coordinating fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This means: • Order Processing: Receiving and processing online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup. • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, restocking products, and ensuring accurate inventory counts to fulfill online orders. • Customer Assistance: Assisting customers with online orders, answering questions about products, availability, and delivery options. • Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinating with shipping carriers and delivery services to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in good condition, and resolving any issues or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Process online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup. • Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and ensure accurate inventory counts for online orders. • Assist customers with online orders, answering questions about products, availability, and delivery options. • Coordinate with shipping carriers and delivery services to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to online orders to ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: • Hourly Full-Time or Part-Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 hours per week for full-time or up to 25 hours per week for part-time; more hours may be required based on store needs. • Availability: Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week. • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance. What You Need To Succeed: Minimum Qualifications: • 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information. • 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets. • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law. Preferred Qualifications: • 6 months of sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs, including add-on sales and explaining product features and benefits. • 6 months of retail experience providing customer service, including resolving customer issues and assisting customers in locating products. • Bi-lingual skills, if applicable to the store.
