After Hours Remote Corporate Travel Agent

## Job Overview As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements. You will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and create memorable travel experiences. ## Duties - Collaborate with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences - Offer advice on destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations - Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities - Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip - Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and new destinations - Handle any issues or changes in travel plans efficiently ## Requirements - Must have two (2) years of Corporate Travel experience. -Travel Point Plus experience is recomende, but not required. - Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred - Strong sales and customer service skills - Proficiency in travel planning software and Microsoft Office suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Attention to detail and organizational skills • Join our team as a Travel Agent to help clients explore the world hassle-free!
