EXPERIENCED YouTube Editor Geopolitics/Conflicts/Hybrid warfare
Hey there! We are seeking a talented and experienced YouTube Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their editing skills, a deep understanding of YouTube's best practices and be well versed in geopolitics and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for editing raw footage, adding existing clips from other videos (Under fair use), map animation, adding graphics, sound effects, music, and ensuring high-quality output that engages viewers. Attention to detail and creativity are essential. If you have a passion for storytelling through video, we would love to see your work and discuss how you can contribute to our channel. The video editor will be given a script and a voice over. The job is to create an engaging video and to make the storyline come to life. We run multiple channels and are starting a new one in the geopolitics/conflict/hybrid warfare niche. The angle and strategy might change as we grow. You also need to be resourceful since this job requires you to find online content that will help your video be more engaging and make it more impactful. Number of videos: 4-12 per month. Turnaround Time: 24-48 hrs per video Duration of job: We are looking for a Long-Term relationship (1+ Years) Some of the requirements to apply: Advanced video editing skills Previous experience working for YouTube channels (faceless channels preferred) Creativity to enhance the video by making the script come to live (use of Sound FX, transitions, change in pacing etc) Have access to Storyblocks or similar for stock images and clips.
