Position Summary: Purpose of the Digital Sales Specialist is to understand the traditional customer journey and assist in creating optional digital channels to stay relevant to how a customer may want to interact and purchase from MFCP. We will stay focused on brand loyalty while increasing customer engagement. Position is remote but you must be able to work 8:00am - 5:00pm PST. Primary Duties: • eStore Activities include: Product Attribution and Cross sell Development, Customer Portal Onboarding and Assist. Facilitate orders and follow up. • Work with Partnered Suppliers eCommerce Sites - Facilitate Order and Follow up. • Website - Lead Nurturing - Facilitate Quotes - Create MFCP Internal Leads and follow-up with potential customers • Chat - Onboarding, Scheduling and Infrastructure Development • Maps - Maintenance to insure Brand Consistency and Correct information • Customer Feedback - Monitor and Facilitate responses for positive and negative reviews • Overflow assistance for PDX Inside Sales and continuance of Strategic Pricing Projects • Ensure Consistency of Company Brand and Image across all platforms • Track and Coordinate Web Leads and Online Chat • Transactional Email Campaigns Assistance • Ability to Travel to Branch Locations on occasion • Adhere to strict Safety Guidelines. • Provide superior customer service and support company goals • Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Basic Requirements: • Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required. • Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. • Strong computer skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus. • Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines. • Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and personalities. • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. • As MFCP is a small employer and employees work in a collaborative team environment, employee must be physically present in the office to perform his/her job functions • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company guidelines. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Work is generally completed in an office environment. Frequent sitting, computer work and phone use are required, with occasional walking, standing, bending and lifting up to 20 pounds.
