Job Description

As an Entry Level FedEx Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently input, manage, and maintain various types of data associated with FedEx operations. You will be an integral part of the team, helping to ensure that our data is accurate and up to date, which is crucial for effective decision-making and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day tasks will include entering shipping information, updating customer databases, and verifying the accuracy of data during input processes. You will also be responsible for generating reports based on the data collected, assisting in data analysis, and participating in special projects as needed. Another key aspect of this role is communication. You will often coordinate with various departments such as operations, customer service, and logistics to address any data discrepancies and ensure seamless workflow across the company. Responsibilities – Input and update data in the database accurately and efficiently. – Verify and correct data discrepancies. – Generate regular reports and statistics based on data entered. – Assist in maintaining data integrity across various platforms. – Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes. – Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of FedEx systems. – Support other departments with data-related inquiries as needed.
