Description: POSITION: Program Manager IV – Contingency Opportunity - Please apply ASAP!!! LOCATION: Remote w/ occasional travel to the job site in El Segundo STATUS: Start Date is expected to be September 23, 2024 SALARY: $125k to $170k with Comprehensive Benefit Package SSC: Active Secret Security Clearance (required) JOB DESCRIPTION: • Must have experience as a Program Manager in manufacturing and delivery of production products. • Responsibilities would include develop production schedules to ensure manufacturing process is efficient, budget management tracking and confirming cost/delivery schedules are within budget, set and maintain product quality standards and ensure all safety and health standards are met, support and provide guidance to projection team and manage risks including assessment and mitigation strategies for resolution. • Must have hands-on experience developing and executing test plans to test production items for environmental and operational test events. • have excellent communication skills (written and oral) to correspond with clients, team members. Requirements: EDUCATION and QUALIFICATIONS: Education: at least a bachelor’s with 10-years’ experience as a Manufacturing Program Manager, preferably a master’s with 15 years’ experience.
