Job Description: As the Remote IPTV Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IPTV operation. This includes managing customer subscriptions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining smooth business operations, and driving growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: • Manage IPTV Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the IPTV service, ensuring all systems run efficiently and effectively. • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing technical issues, subscription inquiries, and any other customer-related concerns. • Content Management: Ensure that the content offered through the IPTV service is up-to-date, accurate, and meets legal and licensing requirements. • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues related to the IPTV system, including buffering, connectivity, or playback problems. • Business Growth: Implement strategies for business expansion, including customer acquisition and retention strategies. • Financial Oversight: Monitor payments and subscriptions to ensure timely invoicing and processing. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on key metrics such as customer activity, service uptime, and financial performance. • Compliance: Ensure the business complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to IPTV services, including copyright and licensing laws. • Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with the latest IPTV technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure the business remains competitive. Requirements: • Proven experience in IPTV management, streaming technology, or a related field. • Strong understanding of IPTV platforms, streaming protocols, and content delivery methods. • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Basic understanding of billing systems and financial reporting. • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and licensing requirements. • Comfortable using various software tools to manage and track business operations.
