About the Opportunity: • We are seeking talented writers fluent in German to assist in the training of generative artificial intelligence models. • This freelance position is fully remote, offering flexible hours to suit your schedule. Important: All resumes must be submitted in English. Applications in other languages will not be considered. Your Contributions May Include: • Reading and ranking a series of German responses generated by an AI model. • Writing short stories in German based on specific topics. • Evaluating the factual accuracy of German text produced by an AI model. Desired Expertise: • Professional translation experience. • Background in professional writing (e.g., copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor). • Studies in a humanities field or related to writing (undergraduate or graduate). • Completion of a graduate program in creative writing. Payment: • Current pay rates for core project work by German writing experts average USD $29 per hour. • Rates may vary based on expertise, skill assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be available for PhDs. Non-core work, such as during initial onboarding or overtime phases, may offer lower rates. Additionally, some projects provide incentive payments, so please review specific payment terms for each project.
