Job Description: We are currently seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to students in Ohio's schools. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, working from the comfort of your home. You’ll be using our advanced telehealth platform to conduct therapy sessions that help students reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students. • Provide remote physical therapy sessions, guiding students through exercises and therapeutic activities. • Collaborate with school staff to integrate therapy into students’ educational plans. • Track and report on student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. • Educate students and their families on injury prevention, physical wellness, and therapeutic exercises. • Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress. Qualifications: • Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio. • Experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred. • Strong communication skills and proficiency with telehealth technology. • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Preferred Skills: • Experience providing therapy via telehealth or in virtual learning environments. • Certification or training in pediatric physical therapy or school-based therapy. • Familiarity with educational frameworks and the IEP (Individualized Education Program) process.
