At Walt Disney World we create happiness, and as a Manager, Pricing you would be leading the development and execution of pricing strategy and demand driving initiatives that inspire millions of Guests to experience our Parks and Resorts. You would lead the pricing and promotional strategy for the Walt Disney World Food and Beverage line of business with the support of a team of analysts, leveraging analytics to optimize profit and demand. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Pricing & Product Development.

Along with managing these pricing strategies, you would help foster an energizing culture of excellence, encouragement, and ownership. Every day as a Manager, Pricing is unique, challenging, and fulfilling! Key responsibilities include: • Lead the pricing strategy for Food & Beverage for Walt Disney World, developing new strategies to deliver business targets, drive demand and maximize profitability at our parks and resorts and the overall site • Set the long-term strategy for pricing across the Walt Disney World Resorts portfolio • Build your team’s recommendation and present to key partners and executives to gain approval • Project manage the implementation of approved initiatives, independently leading partners and processes to ensure seamless go-to-market across sales channels • Proactively identify, coordinate, and support new initiatives for the WDW Commercial organization Qualifications • 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, business strategy or a similar analytical field • Strong financial and analytical background with the ability to develop complex models and profitable strategies • A passion for leadership, with proven experience preferred • An entrepreneurial spirit to deliver results and drive innovation • The ability to create compelling presentations and visualizations for executive audiences under tight timelines • Understanding of how initiatives help support the broader Walt Disney World site vision • The ability to build trust and influence partners • A proven ability to manage a heavy workload with competing priorities Education • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent • Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred Job Posting Segment: Commercial Strategy Job Posting Primary Business: Revenue Planning (WDW) Primary Job Posting Category: Revenue Management Analytics Employment Type: Full time Primary City, State, Region, Postal Code: Celebration, FL, USA Alternate City, State, Region, Postal Code: Date Posted: 2024-10-28 Apply Job!
