Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Receptionist/Bather to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience as a bather in a grooming salon or similar environment. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service from the moment they walk in until their pet is ready to go home. If you have a passion for animals, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in a grooming or veterinary setting, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival. • Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the salon’s calendar. • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries professionally. • Assist with bathing, drying, and prepping pets for grooming—experience in this area is essential. • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon environment. • Keep accurate records of client information and services rendered. • Handle transactions and process payments smoothly. • Provide support to the grooming team as needed. Requirements: • Must have prior experience as a bather in a grooming salon, veterinary clinic, or similar environment. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Comfort and confidence in working with a variety of dog and cat breeds. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends. • A genuine love for animals and a patient, caring demeanor.
