Part-Time Order Entry Position - Contract to Hire

This role involves working with various electronic order entry systems and ensuring the seamless flow of pre-order information to our provisioning team. The position is remote, offering flexible work hours in a collaborative and dynamic environment. • *Key Responsibilities:** 1.

Pre-Order Engineering (Tech Doc):

- Collect and validate technical information from customers to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation for order processing. 2.

Procurement (Electronic Ordering):

- Enter Access orders into electronic ordering tools such as CAFE, VFO, and Neustar. - Manage and process orders for carriers including Lumen, ATT, Cox, and Comcast, and others ensuring timely and accurate submissions. 3.

Order Validation:

- Ensure that all orders are entered accurately and brought to a validated state. - Facilitate a smooth handoff to the provisioning team for service installation with the provider. 4.

General Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each order. - Communicate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues. • *Required Qualifications:** - Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously. - Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, even if they involve complex or unfamiliar concepts. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Prior experience in telecommunications is helpful but not required. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • *Preferred Experience:** - Familiarity with electronic ordering systems such as CAFE, VFO, Neustar, or similar. - Experience with carrier ordering processes for Lumen, ATT, Cox, and Comcast. • *Benefits:** - Remote work environment with flexible hours. - Opportunities to learn and grow within the telecommunications industry. - Possible promotion to Full Time position in the future Apply Job!
