Key Responsibilities... • Plan and execute lessons for students at multiple levels of English proficiency. • Implement strategies grounded in research to teach language skills effectively. • Collaborate with colleagues to align language instruction with content learning. • Continuously assess student progress and modify instruction to meet their needs. • Build an inclusive space that values cultural diversity, partnering with families to support learning beyond the classroom. Qualifications: • Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field • Valid New Hampshire teaching license with an endorsement in ESL/ELL (or equivalent) • Experience working with multilingual learners or culturally diverse populations • Preferred: • Master’s degree in TESOL, Education, or a related area • Proficiency in a second language • Familiarity with WIDA standards and assessments • Experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices Highlights: • 1099 Position • Guaranteed Weekly Hours • Hourly Rate: $30-$40 • Based on experience, education level, and other factors • School hours • Clinical/Technical Team on standby We are recruiting a knowledgeable and dedicated ELL Teacher to provide outstanding instruction to multilingual learners.
