Key Responsibilities • Oversee the creation and updates of client accounts • Ensure the accuracy of client profile information • Process online bidder approvals • Add or modify client data, generate reports, and manage shipping instruction requests • Maintain data entries for mailing lists • Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information from bidder cards • Handle client survey responses • Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel • Strong multitasking capabilities and a keen eye for detail • Positive demeanor and an eagerness to learn • Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience is necessary
