Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Remote Part-Time Project Manager to manage projects across various departments, with a specific focus on our SaaS platform development, marketing automation, and application processes. This role will require working with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. You will need proficiency in tools like HubSpot, GitHub, Slack, WordPress, and project management software. Based on performance, this position has the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. Marketing Automation: Manage workflows, campaigns, and customer data in HubSpot to support marketing and sales teams. SaaS Application Oversight: Collaborate with the technical team using GitHub for version control, code management, and overseeing product updates, feature rollouts, and bug fixes. Content Management: Work with WordPress to oversee website updates, blog content, and landing pages, ensuring they align with company goals. Technical Team Coordination: Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery of our SaaS app. Use Slack for communication and project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track progress. Sales Process Management: Ensure smooth collaboration between the sales and marketing teams by managing the HubSpot CRM. Oversee sales funnels, automation sequences, and post-sale follow-ups. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Serve as the key point of contact between the technical, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Coordinate external vendors (email services, SEO, content writers, etc.) and ensure alignment with company goals. Reporting & Documentation: Track project milestones and deadlines. Generate regular reports using HubSpot and other platforms to provide insights to leadership. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards across all deliverables, including product development, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints. Key Skills & Competencies Proficiency in HubSpot: Experience managing marketing campaigns, workflows, and CRM data within HubSpot. Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration on software projects. Experience with WordPress for website content management. Communication Tools: Proficient in using Slack for team communication and coordination. Project Management Software: Experience with tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to manage and track project progress. Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and deadlines. Cross-Department Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions proactively. Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within SaaS, software development, or marketing operations. Proven track record of managing technical teams and project workflows using tools like GitHub and HubSpot. Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot. Familiarity with Slack and WordPress for communication and content management. PMP or other project management certification is a plus Apply Job!
