Grow your career as a Financial Analyst with ALG Vacations. In this role, you will serve as a partner to the Senior Manager of Vacations Opex & FP&A Evolution. You will assist in ROI creation and tracking financial performance associated with various strategic projects. You will have exposure to internal stakeholders and the work compiled directly drives decision making at the leadership level. A successful Financial Analyst will: • Responsible for strategic project success tracking, relevant data retrieval, ROI creation and analysis support. • Assist in variance analysis of ROI expectations and actual financial performance, tracking value over multiple periods, to assist in determining project success. • Assist in quarterly production of strategic project performance update and communication of impacts to executives and stakeholders. • Provide input in the decision-making process for business strategy, prioritization of projects, and other ad-hoc analysis. • Partner with technology colleagues to establish delivery dates, project timelines, and incorporate project timeline risks. • Experience with ROI creation and reporting is preferred. • Ability to effectively communicate across multiple business units (Finance, Technology, Marketing, etc.) and senior levels. • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values. Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in finance/accounting, MBA is a plus • 2-5 years of FP&A experience • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ability to create macros is a plus • Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment • Ability to travel as required on a national basis (approximately 5-10%) About ALG Vacations: It all begins when our client's book with ALG Vacations.
