WFH-Live Chat Support Agent
As a Work-from-Home Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them in resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience through live chat support. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will be key to our customers' satisfaction. Key Responsibilities... Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times. Excellent written communication skills and typing proficiency. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
