Back Office Support

Genesis10 is seeking a Back Office Support for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description... Part time staff for back-office work to load contracts/rosters obtained by OA. They will also load all of the contracts into Contract Hub portal, and assist with scheduling provider onboardings, outreach to providers to obtain W9/ACH forms as needed This resource does not participate in recruitment, contracting, provider engagement, or education related work activities. Required Basic Qualifications: • Data Entry Proficiency – Ability to accurately input data into various systems, such as the Contract Hub portal, with attention to detail. • Familiarity with Contract Management Systems – Experience using tools for managing and uploading contracts, rosters, and related documents. • Time Management – Capable of managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines for contract and provider onboarding tasks. • Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach to providers and obtaining necessary forms like W9 and ACH. • Organizational Skills – Ability to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously, such as scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining documents. • Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise with contract uploads or provider communication. • Basic Knowledge of W9/ACH Forms and Onboarding Processes – Familiarity with the documents and procedures required for provider onboarding. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $45.00-$50.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
