Day Shift - Shop Helper | $18 - $20 per hour Are you a hands-on worker looking for a physically rewarding role? Join the team and play a key part in assembling and maintaining heavy-duty industrial equipment. Were looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to something bigger ... Responsibilities: Roll, prep, and install tubes in water tube and firetube boilers, ensuring systems are built tough and to last. Handle lagging, casing, corner trim, and beauty rings for final assembly, making sure the jobs done right. Assist with testing, including hydro and air tests, to ensure top-notch quality. Operate saws and other tools when needed, bolting together stainless steel parts and other components. Clean and prep materials for piping, ladders, platforms, and other key components. Take on additional tasks as needed, working with the team to get the job done efficiently and safely. Requirements: A strong work ethic and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job. Ability to work with tools, saws, and bolting equipment. Commitment to working safely and following protocols at all times. Flexibility to pitch in wherever needed and tackle a variety of tasks.
